try to avoid the guy. what he did to your friend may also be done to you. if you entertain him, your friend may be hurt and you may not be in good terms anymore. friendship is too impotant to loose.

Sometimes we need to spend couple of hours or even a one quiet day to think of this situation for this is a situation that deals with love and emotion. You must have to think what's weight more to you, which relationship you prefer most your friend and his friendship or the companioship of his ex. As the way I look at it you are afraid to turn down your friend's ex because he is nice and kind to you but if you don't have any feelings to him just politely said no I'm sorry I think of you as one of my friend and nothin more. he cheated on your friend?!!! the nerve on that guy to court you!!! you gotta teach this guy a lesson!...just kiddin! i suggest you should avoid seeing him or go out with him. cheaters should go to hell and rot in there. he's cheated on your friend for god sake and he's hittin on you now, he should have at least a decency of choosin someone who's not friends with his ex girlfriend. he should be embarrassed!!!
