Is gymnasiums the apt way for building health......

Do you think gymnasiums and health clubs are the proper ways for attaining good health...or is it depend on the food we take...or is there many more factors depending health

to build good health u should balance both diet and is not necessary to go to gym.being at home u can do simple work outs and keep fit.but if u are keen on building muscle then gym is the best place!!

Gyms and health clubs are good if you have the time and money, but there many things that contribute to good health. Eating right is very important, getting the right nutrients and not too much fat, getting enough sleep, having a good mental attitude and enjoying life. Exercise doesn't have to be done at a gym, you can just go for a walk or a swim. Housework, gardening, taking care of the lawn, running around the yard with the kids, lots of things we do everyday can give us exercise if we go at it vigorously enough!
