resume and curriculum vitae is the same. it includes summary or listing of relevant job experiences and education. but CV is expected to include a comprehensive listing of professional history including every term of employment, academic credential, publication, contribution or significant achievement. biodata is commonly for biographical data containing questions about life and work experiences, attitudes, etc.
