Well, i ask this question because i consider myself as a perfectsionist person... sometimes i think it is too much... but i can't help it... i can't tolerate any mistakes no matter how small it is and i make a big fuss if something is not going according to what i want... i also demand a lot from myself... i try not to make mistake at all no matter how small it is and if i did, i will be so angry with myself and keep on blaming myself... this is because of the way my parents had raised me throughout my whole life and i try to overcome it now... any suggestions??? thanks in advance...

Behavioral Therapy is an effective way to treat this tendency. You have to relearn your behaviors and there are exercises and methods to help you.
