Double piggy sandwich: ham, bacon, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard, usually on wheat bread. Mmmmmmm.

A KANI SANDWICH!! flaked japanese crabstick on a bed of crisp iceburg lettuce, shredded cucumber, some corn kernels, mango strips and wasabi mayo dressing on a wheat bun. Tastes exotic but real good!

My favorite sandwich is a hoagie bun with baked ham, hard salami, pepperoni, bacon, and provolone cheese. Bake until bun toasts a little and cheese melts. Add Mayo, lettuce, onions, and Italian dressing. It is banging, try it. Not the Healthiest sandwich but certainly one of the tastiest.

I really like deli turkey with a piece of swiss or provolone with brown mustard and mayonnaise on wheat bread. Recently I went to restaurant and had turkey on a croissant with cranberry relish and that was very tasty too! I really love just an ordinary peanut butter and jelly too, but to be the best it can be, that has to be on wheat bread as well.

Hollow out one side of a baguette or hoagie roll and layer in meats (ham, prosciutto, salami, etc.), roasted peppers, olives, and top with sliced cheese (swiss, mozzarella, muenster). Brush olive oil on the other side of the roll. Either wrap them tightly and let sit in the refrigerator overnight, or wrap in foil and warm in the oven until the cheese has melted. Great picnic fare!

I like it like that too, and some other recipes such as egg sandwich, turkey sandwich, chicken sandwich, sardine sandwich and also tuna sandwich. For me, the most important ingredient is the pepper. Usually i'll add some tomato, salad and cucumber but sometimes i just enjoy eating it on it's own..
