Do you think that a colonialization still going on?

In my point of view, colonization is still going on. Not the same years ago, but in terms of ideology. With the advent of varied forms of communications, powerful nations are able to get across different countries their array of ideas on life. They seem to have great influence in decision making and how life should be. Cultures are changing to adapt the trend. Powerful nations are fast becoming the standard. This is also related to the economy as other nations look up to powerful nations, they will prefer their goods over others. Theirs is better, so why not patronize them.
