What Are the Best Universities and Colleges that Exist Out There?

Hey Guys, I'm thinking of doing an LLM (Master's of Law) and Im trying to write down some of the best universities around the world to start applying. What do you think? Which universities are the top universities in your opinion? Please let me know

universities of pakistan are Ned and karachi uni and also UET lahor is the ebst universities

This one has not gotten a lot of exposure, it is the first University system in the history United States with a fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and advanced program. It is where I got my BA in Education from. I participated in one of their tv promos: www.suagm.edu/orlando
