Doctors who don´t listen to you. How do you deal with them?

This has happened to me quite often. I try to make my explanation short, because I know there are other patients waiting and the doctor has a lot to do.
But still, I think he/she should at least listen and not come to a conclusion within 2 minutes, make a prescription and that was it. What do you think?

I agree with you. But most doctors, not all, seem to be only doctors for the money. It's horrible. I have a doctor, that I am leaving because of his lack of everything. He walks in the room, and says, "what is it?" He never looks or touches me. He stands with his pen and paper and takes notes, and then he agrees to whatever I may say. His office is covered with photo's of himself with lots of political people. He could open a book store, with all the books he published on health with his picture on the cover of all of them. If I get 2 minutes of his time, it's alot. But, boy does he charge for his time. I never get out for under $300. I found anothe doctor, that is so concerned and works with me and listens. Try another doctor until you find one that you are happy with. They should take some time with you. Blessings, M&M

Hahhaha, he really must have over 100 books out all over the place to buy. He is into himself big time. Thanks for the best response dear. Blessings, M&M

Time to find another doctor I would say. This haphazard way of doctoring is ridiculous. A pill is not a cure. I can't understand why they treat symptoms and not the acutal underlying problem. WE are too used to letting them treat us this way and it should stop.
There are many good doctors, the problem is finding one
