I recently read an artical on yahoo Canada about a Novia Soctia student who found a stack of $20 bills that added up to $10,000. He decided to hand in the money and got a $500 dollar reward, What would you do if you where a University student with lots of debt, would you keep the money or hand it in ?

it depends. I would give the money back if i am sure who owns it. If not i can't just shout and tell the whole world i found 10thousand dollars. People who are not real owners may just come and claim the money as their own. But there is a good choice though, that is to surrender the money to proper authorities say the policemen so that they will be the ones to look for the real owner.
the reward money is a good thing, at least it encourages people to do the same act of honesty.
