What TV show "hits home" for you?

Oddly enough, My Name Is Earl hits home, simply because I knew so many people like that back in Iowa. Especially the Joy character. I knew some girls who wore stripper shoes to a wedding. One of them was the bride. I kid you not.

take away the comic book hero aspect the paranormal and focus on the relationship between the couple, then Leo and Piper's relationship has often done that for me, from Charmed.

For myself there isn't one show in particular. I have had many episodes in various shows hit home and trigger deep emotions within me. Episodes on Law and Order for example. Some of them bring up a lot of things for me. I've even had shows that are comedies hit home, like Grace Under Fire. It all varies.

I do not watch this show but my 15year old daughter is obessed with it. Maybe I will watch it to see what it is about. What ages is this show for?lol

the tv show that hits home for me is Gilmore girls. i have the same type of disfunctional relationship with my parents as loralei on the show has with hers.
