AIIMS -being stretched beyond capacity?

The prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, is being stretched to beyond its capacity, thanks to the foot-dragging attitude of the health Ministry! It seems that it has been working almost as a single window system in receiving blood samples for testing positive for Dengue and Chikungunya! The ministry should at least now open more counters across the country for having blood tests, since there are ready made testing kits being made available for testing for Dengue and chikungunya.
