Well I sincerely doubt they are natural. She'd have trouble standing. But, if they were fake they would weigh substancially less.

Holy crap! That doesn't look right! There's no way they can be real! But they sure do look real. Thats really gross looking. It looks like she has butt cheeks on her chest. I would hope those aren't real because how can she stand up striaght like that?

OMFG!!..natural or not she must have back pain really bad and she probably cant run anywhere without the fear of gettting smacked in the face. Her body is so out of proportion and i bet she has no butt or a very little one. Contrary to popular opinion having boobs this size is NOT a blesssing its curse...they could be natural or they could be fake its hard to tell..but i would totally get them reduced if i were her...she probaby nearly suffocates her husband/boyfriend when theyre doing the nasty..poor man

yes, they are very real , there are women with problems like this, and if they want to shrink them they could make cancer !
