What if you hate telemarketers but you're of them?

I've done telemarketing before and I've always hated every call because you know they don't want to hear it. The best people were the ones in the South like georgia or florida. They would keep talking to you until they finally realized you were a telemarketer. But when I'd call people in general, I always wished I were home, cooking or watching TV. It made me feel like I was in their home for some reason ... yes, that job made me a little too homesick.
