I just found this wonderful website called www.pcoscoach.com it has so much amazing info and its not all negative. yes it tells you what PCOS entails but it is a very positive website that helps you learn how to live and be happy with your life and PCOS. i also just bought the book offered on the website and i cant put it down. there is also another book that is a healthier way to eating call the new revolution that i think she talks about on the site and i just bought that from ebay. they have one specifically for PCOS. ill let you know how that one is when i get it. if you know of any other great info on PCOS please let me know! thank you!
