i am working as civil enginering Quality Control Engineer in dubai. i wish to know abt the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department in detail. mean to say, what's project quality plan? what's project Quaity System? what's Inspectio And Test Plan? like this the basic and mantatory details abt the Quality Control Department.., thanks
