Don't pretend that you liked ANNA NICOLE SMITH NOW THAT SHE IS DEAD!

I did really care for her and have great compassion for her. Right now I am very saddened~Donna

I never watched her show or anything, but I liked her. I can't say why, and you're mostly correct about her. Maybe that's the reason? She just seemed to have personality, even though kind of flighty at times. She did go through an awful lot, granted maybe some she brought on herself. Just my opinion.

i'm not saying anna nicole was a great person, personally, i just felt sorry for her most of the time. but whenever a celebrity passes, its always something that effects everyone. mostly i was just shocked, but i did notice the over whealming posts about it. i mean...damn 1 is enough for this girl. she was covered in controversy, its not like she was saving the world. but do feel sorry for her and her family, especially her new born daughter.

I'm with you! I am quite sure that the world will go on without Anna Nicole. My heart goes out to that new baby girl. What will become of her life?With any luck a nice family will be able to adopt her and take care of her. It's a slow news day today I guess if that is all the news wants to report.

I gotta give flagbabygirl a pat on the back for this discussion. I just visited my myspace page and one of my friends who's never spoken about Anna Nicole Smith before ever in his life put up a picture of her on his default saying RIP. I sent him a comment saying, "That's it! I'm calling you Anna Nicole Smith from now on!" It does piss me off now that I see how people are talking so nicely about her. The only one I feel sorry for her is the daughter and that's it. Yeah, Smith led a hard life but in all honesty, I don't think she was there half the time.

Oh god. She is a celebrity. The odds of you knowing her personally are slim to none. It is horrificaly sad when people pass away...dont get me wrong...but why do people take the deaths of famous people and apply them to their own lives, pretending that they care? Tomorrow, you wont even remember this, it will just be another piece of pop culture and something to whine about. RIP Anna Nicole Smith... and everyone else who passed away yesterday, the day before that, the day before that...

I think you are right in some ways very right in the fact no matter who or what they are they don't deserve to die. I always though she was strange and then I seen the time she brung all those kids in her home that had less. And I believe she really had a good heart and to loss a child who I believe she truly loved with all her heart would be the worst. It is sad no matter how you look at it.

Probably she wasn't a saint and did many things to get more money, who will not? I am not sure if she really loved her husban d so much but I am sure she loved her son and she didn't deserved that faith, so pretty, she was a good marketer like many others there don't blame her for being overexposed, it was part of her job.

I don't know who she was even. Well, I have read her name somewhere in the newspaper, but I don't really know who she really was. I mean, was she an actor? super-model? singer? Well, I don't think we should be so quick as to decide who deserves to die and who deserves to live. If what I read here is true, I truly feels for the daughter she left behind. I hope she has a father still.

Lol I tried to do a search before I posted my discussion but I kept getting error messages. So I posted it anyways. I agree with you though. For the life of me I can't think of one positive contribution she has made to society.

No pretending here. Anna Nicole Smith has always been a sad, pathetic story. Unfortunately, Smith's story is indicative of many American women: Shallow, materialistic, vain, selfish and not as cute as they think they are. As they say in prisons, "what goes around, comes around."

I definitely agree with you. I never really understood what she did that was so great and why she continued to be in the spot light for so many years. I think her wild and seemingly ditzy personality may have had something to do with it. However, everytime I'd hear something about her, it had to do with a legal case or her in some kind of trouble...whatever it was, it never seemed to be positive. I guess I don't really have anything against her, I just don't understand or agree with that type of a lifestyle. My heart goes out to her 5-month old daughter who is caught in a legal battle. For her sake, I hope the father is determined and she has the proper guidance in her life. She, obviously, has no say in her life at this point.

Wow!! you have serious ill liking of Anna!! lol!! And ya know alot of celebs are like that..i think the fact that she had just an ..how to i put it..an annoying way with her whiny voice..etc to get under more peoples nerves..myself.. I liked her..she made me laugh..The way she played that air headed girl..is way likeable than Miss Jess Simpson lol..And even though i agree with what you said about her posing for the mag and flauting herself..she wasnt a bad person in my eyes..juts moere noticed because of her celeb profile..and its not that she was a saint..NO ONE said that..but she was funny,beautiful,and was a human being..and i will miss her and I hope not to sound wrong on any level ..but i hope it WAS her heart that gave out in the end..because she had heart probs like her son..thats shere he got it..and not OD..and i feel soo bad for her daughter and hope they fond the real daddy soon..I just hope shes at peace with herself and back with her son..

She was not a saint but there have been worse sinners than she. A lot of people do not have their names all over the news for the things they have done because they were not in the public eye. Least of all should I be the one to judge. I know what I have done. I try to understand other people's feelings whether I am or was fond of them or not. I feel sad that the child is motherless.

I can only speak for myself. I have never really liked nor disliked Anna Nicole Smith. At best I was aware of her, but pretty much indifferent. With that said, I will add that because of her circumstances, losing a child, then giving birth such a short time ago, only to pass away at the very young age of 39 I do genuinely feel bad for both her and her surviving daughter.

Well to be honest I've never heard of this 'anna nicole smith' person before. I imagine she's some media-focused character though - singer? actress? ~shrug~ havn't heard of her.
