i do agree with that. the reason is no one can know everything. we are always learning new things. i learn things everyday. mainly i learn from the people here on mylot. i'm sure if some of the older users read this they would say the same thing. i didnt mean to offend anyone by saying older. i meant 50+ years old. i'm not saying you're old if you are over that age. i talk to and get a long with many people over that age.

Yes, people keep on learning throughout their life. The process of learning is endless. We do not know everything even if how much we strive to learn. And we forget what we have learned and so we keep on studying especially that which we need at the moment. Even God commanded the Israelites to use tassles to remind them of what they were supposed to know and not forget which proves that people are forgetful.

I do agree that people are learning during their lives. I believe that everyone is learning every day of their lives and there's no way you cannot go one day without learning something. Life would not be livable if you could not learn anything at all. I don't think life would have any worth to it if you went through each day just repeating the same thing over and over again not really learning from anything you do. There are people out there who seem to go through life not learning from their mistakes or errors and they just keep on doing things wrong. I still would like to believe that those people are learning something however small and insignificant from what they go through. I don't think that I could really think of my life without thinking about what lessons I learned day to day. If I hadn't learned a thing during my life I would be the same naive person I was when I was younger. I would not have learned how to deal with people and situations. I would continue to repeat the same mistakes and not learn that I was doing the wrong thing over and over. I could not get past that and I would go on living a life that would be repetitive and boring. I believe very much we as human beings crave knowledge and have a need to know things. I think this thirst for knowledge fuels us to try to learn something on a daily basis. I think it would be a waste of time and a waste of life to go day to day not learning anything because you are not trying to better yourself. You are just showing that you're comfortable going through the same routine everyday and not willing to grow as a human being. To live is to learn...I believe a philosopher once said that and the saying holds a lot of truth to it. I believe in essence you cannot go through one day of your life without going through a situation that will teach you something or reinforce a certain idea you have had. Even back when philosophers were held in high regard what they said had some truth to it. Without learning, life would be worthless and I believe it works both ways. Without life there would be no way to learn and without learning, life would be not worth living. Funny how that seems to work. In conclusion, I am firmly of the belief that life is a lesson in itself. It is made up of lessons that you learn on a day to day basis. I think that without learning lessons about who you are or what you do, you cannot grow and become a better person. I think you would just stagnate and become a boring, repetitive human being. Thanks for allowing me to share! xx

Life teaches you a lot and its a huge learning experience! We all learn to understand people more as we interact different kinds of people everyday, we also learn new technologies and applications as newer products and discoveries happen! Learning happen perennially every second, everyday ...even as I type this message I have learnt that you are a curious girl! :)

Of course! We learn each and everyday. There's always something there new or something we haven't run across and when we do, we learn from it. Life is like a learning system we go through everyday.

Yes I do agree. I learn something new everyday. I firmly believe that as long as you learn something new then the day isn't a waste.

Yes we do. As an infant we learn to discover motor skills. We turn over and crawl and sit upright slowly. Then we learn to walk with soem aid. We learn to say "dada" and coo sounds that people around us do. We start school till we finish college where we learn the fundamentals of math, science, english, social studies, arts, physical education and a lot more. Along the way we learn how to put up a tent, when we went camping with dad, we also learned to start a bonfire and put it out after. We learn to swim during summer vacation and some play basketball or soccer. We learned to sing from Sunday school. We learned to drive when we were 17. A lot of things we learn, even when we finish school we still learn. How to deal with people - bad or good. How to make people happy. As logn as our mind does not stop accepting things around us we will never stop learning. :)
