Faith /religion can help you obtain the salvation?

Many churches and religious sect say the they are the one way to salvation. Who you you believe in the many so called way to salvation. Now it's the world of what the bible say false teachers of God.Many have die beleive that the one they join is the truth ones and when they die they will attain salvation or what we call undying life ? Who am i to believe to ?
