Full of potassium and very tasty I like them with peanutbutter and on sandwiches of bread. Elvis liked fried peanutbutter and banana sandwiches.

I used to eat peanut butter and banana sandwiches when I was younger.. I thought they were so good. and then the last time I tried one I couldnt figure out how I liked it so much before, I couldnt stand it! lol

I am on a healthy eating plan and I love my banana on toast in the morning , I didn't know all that though , so thank you I feel much better now xx

Thank you I didn't know all that But I knew that bananas were great for a diet because it is very filling and yet it is a fruit so healthy and full of all those good nutrients Another tip to lose weight : increase the amount of water you drink by up to half a gallon, it fills you up. true

The only thing I have to add to this is that I believe this is why more of the so-called "primitive" cultures stay healthier for a longer time in general. A primary staple food for most of these cultures is bananas.

Thanks for the info. I had no idea that bananas were so healthy for you. I love bananas and I eat them all the time so maybe they have helped me and I did not even know it.
