when i get up in de morning i generally take ma brush adn i go in ma loo and i sit. After that i just stand next to ma window and enjoy the world outside for sometime then i get freshened up and i go to work.

Besides the obvious of opening of eyes and rising out of bed...I usually go to the bathroom...then make a cup of tea. Strong tea!
