I allowed my children to play with children of other races, other levels of wealth, other genders, other ages. The only time I might have had a problem would have been if I found out the child and/or parents were bigots. That I have little tolerance for.

I have no problems with my children playing with others from a different race and I cannot understand why anybody would have a problem with it. They are children too and just because they aren't from the same race as we are does not make them any different. Nobody refuses to allow their child to play with someone just because they have blond hair, or blue eyes, so I don't see the difference. Kids are kids...irregardless of what their race is.

I do not have any kind of a problem allowing my child to play with a child of another race. As a matter of fact, my children are mixed race. I dont think race should ever be discriminated against. That is just plain wrong. I want my children to know that judging people just because of the color of your skin is wrong, and I think segregating children from each other, according to race, really sends a bad message. We really are all the same.

I do not have a problem at all with my child playing with a child from a different race. It is wonderful how children get along with anyone and are not prejudiced. Parents who teach their children to be prejudiced are doing a big injustice to their child. We all live here together and should learn to respect each other's differences.

No. That would be racist and antiquated. To think that I thought most of our society had moved past such foolishness. Learn something every day.
