i am chubby how can lose my weight?

my weights is 130 lbs. how can i lose my weight. i cant diet continues because i have an ulcer.

Snacks aren’t the culprit; calories are. You can have a small container of yogurt for breakfast and a piece of fruit for a snack before lunch. Some dieters prefer to have more structure and limit themselves to three meals a the day and no in-between-meal snacks. Others are more comfortable having small, low-calorie snacks between their main meals. What counts is the total number of calories.

Youe weight doesnt seem overweight in my opinion, you didnt reveal you height so I dont know if you could lose a few pounds, hoever to maintain a healthy size, limits carbs,sugar intake,(read the back of labels for carbs and & sugar) I dont get any yogurt thats over 20 grams of sugar. Plus cut back on bread. The of course walk and stay active. if you height/weight proportionate, I wouldnt worry too much with losing. Best of luck to you!

130lbs and you want to lose weight?!?!?!?!? man the things i would do to get to 130lbs!! actually i would be perfectly comfortable at 150!!! im a little more than that and i know that i am chubby! but 130??!?!?! how tall are you??? ok had to get that out, BUT to answer your question if you are serious about wanting to lose weight id talk to your doctor, thats what im doing and she is giving me different ideas and so far they are working, not drastically but a few pounds here and there. Bt definatly talk to your doctor he/she will provide the best "diet" for you.
