How do I post pictures on mylot?

More specifically, how can I move my yahoo avatar to my mylot profile picture? I'v seen some people with it. Sorry if this is a stupid question. Also where do most of you get your pictures to post?

You cannot post photos until you reach a 500 rating. Please read Mylot FAQ, it also gives you instruction about avatars.
