Do you know your purpose in this World? How well do you know yourself?

I was watching one of the episode of Oprah last night, and the topic was about knowing yourself and being able to know your purpose in these world. Upon hearing these, i became conscious about myself. I began to ask myself, what's my purpose in these world? And i came up with no answer, But i know myself very well. I mean i know who or what i wanted in my life. But it seems to be hard to understand what my purpose would be in these world. How about you? do you know your purpose in these world?
