No perfect Encouragement site to the programmers

We r seeing many great site.But i didnt find super site for the programmers.I am building one site for the programmers like me such that all the people who r interested in programming can visit that site and also there is a lot of prg done by me and also the prg done by diff people all over the world.By uploading the prg into my site.. so i would like to build that site that is my dream.. my dream come to realize now. i.e i launched that site but it is underconstruction.. i.e. www.sterlperl.com/deepprgs
