For Once I'm Impressed With Microsoft Support - I can't believe it.

About a week ago my pc was infected with 5 different viruses. My anti-virus caught 2 of them, but 3 infected my pc. Since I didn't see any significant decrease in the performance of my pc, I really didn't pay it much attention. Well today, my pc slowed to a halt. Would barely load a web page. So I called my internet provider and asked them why their anti-virus didn't protect my pc and I asked them what could I do about it. They gave me a toll-free number to Microsoft Security and they walked me through all the steps to remove the viruses and it WORKED. I am so impressed with that. I was starting to get scared about not being able to use my pc. The whole process took about an hour and my pc is now virus free. I know a lot of people like to bash Microsoft, however this time they came through. Lloyd
