If I can't sleep well at night,what shall I do?

Just work out for about fifteen minutes before you go to sleep. Do some push ups or something like that. Exercise is supposed to tire you down a bit allowing you fall asleep faster. If you fall asleep fast you tend to have a good night's sleep which results in no crankiness the next morning. ;) I don't recommend sleeping pills, I've had a friend with insomnia who says that those pills 'ruined his life.'
