I don't see life as without any problem/tension. It really won't be a life if it had not got any problem. I think we enjoy it because it makes us learn through the challeneges we meet.

I do agree with what you say. But in reality it is difficult to practise, as there come many occasions where one is reminded of those memories he wants to forget. But the real winner is the one, who overcomes everything and lives life to the fullest. It can only be a Mahatma.......who would have attained Siddi.

I can't imagine anyone living life without having to cope with tension gripping him once in a while. When we attend our first day in school we feel the tension taking hold of us. How afraid we are to be left alone in school by our mother. When we take exams and quizzes, there goes tension again. After graduating from college and passing the exams government require of us, we apply for a job, go through the examinations we need to pass, and the gruelling interviews, wow, there goes a series of tension gripping us all the while. Once we make through it all successfully, we feel the relief and become ecstatically happy about our accomplishments. No tension? How then would you feel the joy of having hurdled all those stumbling blocks laid in your way from time to time? You must have experienced it sometimes in your life but didn't give it much thought then.
