Why children are mature compared to their age as we predict childishness

I had seen some children talking as aged people and thinks as age people. Their physic has changed. Still they are considered mature as their childish nature is not seen. Which is realy predicted from their physical appearance.

yea children are gineticlly improving day by day. as our environment is changing so is our life. and today we are more mature than before and so is our children and will be. this will continue as the world continues to live untill it's final distruction.
