going out the philippines

i have nephew born in the US by filipino parents, was brought here by my mom. my mom want to go to the US with the baby. the baby is holding phil. and US passport, what are the requirements needed to bring the baby to the us?

i suggest you go to the US embassy or visit ther website. the information you will get from them are more reliable compared to anybody else. goodluck!
