DBGT inconsistencies

Gohan - This is a picture of Gohan obtained from original Akira Toriyama comics and then made into colour in Photoshop I guess. He looks awesome for sure. I was really disappointed when they made him an adult. He made a very cute kid and Funny teenager.

Hey guys... have any of you spotted some of the many incosistencies that existed in DBGT from DBZ. I mean Frieza nad cell are immortal in other world because they are dead, but in DBZ... if Buu kills Vegeta for a second time.... he will die for ever. Gohan loses the need to go blond and transform into super saiyan in DBZ but in GT he's a super saiyan again. And what's more... he's only SSJ1 and we know he reaches at least SSJ2 in cell saga itself. What do you guys think about this?

Well I really dont know how to explain that but I have noticed it that most of the series of DragonBallZ has been extended. I mean the story line is extended. More time but less story. And maybe thats why they have decided to start over again. And more thing, if anyone in Dragon BallZ does not train for a long time then his powers sleep down. So this can be the possible reason for Gohans transformation.

Ok... point taken. But Gohan retained his SSJ2 powers even 7 years after the cell games saga and almost reached SSJ3 stage when old Kai reawakens his powers. So 10 years later... in GT.. how can he revert so much that he goes back to normal Super Saiyan stage?
