Wow you were turned down for a Blog. You might try Bloggers.com once you setup your Blog there will be a Tab there to sign up. If you wnat to make money from blogging you will need interesting topic supior writeing skills and the abilty to up date once or twice a day. If you do not have the writeing skill no worries practice makes perfect
