You interested in losing weight and winning a challenge?

Hey all! I've discoverd this amazing website for losing weight. It has many tools, such a daily food and activity journal, forums, weight loss tracker, calorie counter and more. It's all free! You also have audio tips and tricks that you can listen to. And on top of losing weight, when you become a member,you're automatically entered in the 2007 Weight Loss Challenge..the winners go on a cruise at the end of the year! I'm tryin, yes and no...not hard enough...It is hard..anyone have any luck with Slim body coach?

It looks like a great site. I was looking for somethin that could help motivate me a bit. I think If I were thinking about winning a crise or cash I might be able to push my self a little harder. Plus all the weight loss information. Calorie counters and exercise guides. I cant believe it is free. I am going to tell my family about it too. Thanks!

I visited the site and it looks great. But I am afraid I won't be able to enter the contest, as it seems to be for Americans only. However, I am going to follow the health tips there.

simple exersice and regular walking,diet controlling should give positive results
