Do you make extra point everytime you start a discussion?

I'm also a member of Yahoo Answers. In Yahoo, everytime you answer, you gain 2 point, but you be deducted 5 points for every question that you ask

I am not making much money postin new topics, I think they are interesting but it seems that few people answer them so I can't get enough points, I must improve my writing skills!
