is there anyone like Chinese local opera?

i like Beijing Opera, but i perfer some local operas to this. my favorite is pingju, i am also fond of shao xing opera and huangmeixi. i enjoy the acting and music very much.
however, many of my friends cannot understand me, some of them even laugh at me.

you like so many kinds of operas! give me a big surprise, I had thought every gils liks pop songs only.

I like yu opera although I just watch it twice or three times a year.
