Does India had adequate infrastructure facilities/comforts for the F. Tourists?

Kerala scene - Wealthy people have always traveled to distant parts of the world to see great buildings or other works of art, to learn new languages, to experience new cultures, or to taste new cuisine.

Are you sure if the foreign tourists reached India can able to travel in time with under standard public transport. There are many road blocks and speed breakers. Revenue earned on the tourism not invested for its development in India. Lack of healthy food in some tourism spots is major debating issue over the years. Is there any solution for this? How can we develop the system?
