why lots of people love and want to stay in New york!!?

Yes...i have spoken to my friends and there we're talking about vacations and they've choice to go to New york city. ..i saw this mug of I love new york and t-shirt ... i've seen it a thousand of times that someone wearing it. i never been in US but i heard lots of thing about new york....is new york is the best place in united states?? is this the ideal place u can spend there or what else do and place u can enjoy in USA?

Everybody I know who went to New York was disappointed.
Everythings very expensive. Hotels are out of this world expensive so most peole stay outside the city and take trains in. The crime rate is very high and the Taxi drivers rip you off.
Many people in the US now go to Florida or Las Vegas on vacation. Orlando Florida has all the Disney attractions you can spend a week there on the resort and still not see everything. The resort is just not amusement rides they have great exhibits for adults, water parks, animal exhibits and shopping. Las Vegas is not just for gamblers there's shows, fantastic hotels to explore, and lots of tourist attractions for kids and adults. Or if you prefer the beach South Beach has some of the best night clubs in the world.
