Need a neat Party Cake? This is so easy!

Jello Party Cake INGREDIENTS: 1 white sheet cake 2 sm boxes of Jello gelatin, contrasting flavors 1 pkg Cool Whip PREPARATION: Prepare sheet cake according to directions. Let cool. Prepare the 2 Jellos in separate bowls, but DO NOT chill. Use the nonspoon end of a wooden spoon and poke holes in the cake. Pour both Jellos over cake and chill in frig for two hours. Frost with Cool Whip before serving.

Sounds lovely but don't the two jellies run together? Or do you wait until they start to set? Also, what can you use instead of Cool Whip as we can't get it in Australia? Whipped cream? Thanks!

Yes, get some heavy cream,one teas vanilla and add enough confectioner's sugar in it so when its whipped it'll become thick and creamy

I saw something similar to this at Christmas time and they used red and green jello. I never got the recipe. But this seems so easy. Thanks for sharing.

Yummy, I have used this recipe many times, especially when my kids were growing up. They loved it and as for myself I didn't think it was too bad either. Thanks Bee!

Cool - this is the poke cake. Okay, do have the recipe for the dump cake - I had it once, it was great..I tried it...ick. Nasty. Where did I go wrong? Thanks,
