i am i teen mom. i had my baby boy when i was 4 days from turning 16. it was a very difficult thing to do ..but i went thrugh with it. an im glad i did. i mean yea it hard at times especially now coz he just turned 2 but the fact is i think that as a teen if your going to get pregnat weather it on purpose or accident., u should own up to your responobillities rather than having an obbotion or something like that..coz yea thats wrong.

It's good that being a teen mom is working out for you. I also got pregnant when I was in college and I was not ready then. I didn't even consider abortion as an option. Maybe because it's against my beliefs. I had a wonderful baby daughter and I never regret having her. It really feels nice to have a baby. It's really a wonderful feeling. ^_^

I think that getting an abortion if you get pregnant before you are able to take care of the child is owning up to your responsibilities. It may be wrong to you, and it may not be what you would do, but it is responsible. Having the child and leaving it in the trash or outside to die is not owning up. I'd much rather that someone get an abortion than that they kill their newborn or leave it to die. Its good that being a teen mom is working out for you, and I'm sure it is a lot of work, but you shouldn't go around saying that others are wrong for making a different choice.

while I dont think 15/16 is a good age to be having babies i'm pleased its worked out for you, these days there is a lot more child care available to young mums so they can carry on their education. It's hard work being a mum and making a career for yourself I wish you all the luck in the world its a long road ahead and if you have good support from family and friends i'm sure you'll make it. I was 19 when i had my first child and although i didnt realise it at the time it was classed as young then, i'm 51 now family all grown and left home now I have most of my life back to enjoy it how i wish. Enjoy your baby but also enjoy your life good luck tc xx

I am glad everything worked out well for you and do agree with not having an abortion but everyone's situation is different and threre are different reasons for everything and why people do what they do . I was young when I had my first one also (not as young as you )and I feel I did the right thing in keeping my baby . Like you said it was hard but we did it and today I am proud of what I accomplished . But you should always remember to try not to judge others until you hear there whole side of the story as weather we agree with something or not , once we hear there story we may be more sympathetic to the reasons why they did what they did , including abortion .

oh i know i wasn't meaning any thing like that. im not judjing anybody. i am just saying that it is wrong an people should look for any and every other solution before that. because..i know that every ones situation is different but its not the babys fault...but seriously...if anyone wants to share their story i will listen and either try to help or talk back or whatever...
