I am usually a happy guy and take things in stride but I do get lonely a little working from my home office. It is so quiet and I have the radio or music off most of the time while I work for my clients and on my own sites.
That is when it is nice to take a minute or two and respond to a friends discussion or to start a discussion of my own.
How do you feel about myLot?
Is it taking too much of your time or have you learned to control yourself?
Or are you like me and find it fits in perfect with your daily routine?

Still I am not learning to control myslef about mylot timing. I always ended up with spending more time then my daily routeen actually allow me. But the loss about time for me is I spend time reading more than responding.lol

Good day SweetLady
I found that I saved time if I write any discussions I want to start on paper and then I go into myLot for a minute, post a discussion and get back to my work.
When I take my breaks throughout the day I go in and make a few responses to friends discussions and that way I am not wasting time. It seems more efficient.

MyLot has been great. It has been so absorbing that I lost my balance, I was sitting here for around 18 hours a day and had a stiff neck. Now I balance my myLotting and know how to handle the daily quota of posting and discussion.

I had to pull back a bit too, but now I keep multiple windows open and check back to see what's happening, answer a few discussions and maybe start one of my own and then right back to the other window to get other work done.
I am having a blast though. :)

Aww. I'm a childminder and a single mum, so mylot kinda just slots in to my life. Am kinda hoping the novelty will wear off soon as I'm probably spending far too much time on here! But hey who cares! Although I have only been on here a short time I have allready found a few people who I always check their posts and recognise loads of others by sight! Its a great little community and am glad I found it!

I think we all spend too much time here at the beginning but it is fun and I have some great discussions and meet a few new friends. And I still get other things done too, mostly. :)

I can't believe how lucky I feel that I found this website. I've often heard people talk about forums and chat rooms and such and always wondered what all the fuss was about, now I know. So how do I feel I feel great about mylot. Although I do spend to much time here and when I'm away I wonder what I might be missing, lol not that it won't be here when I return just that I might miss out on getting in on the beginnings of a great dicussion. I'm a mylot addict, I will soon need to go to Detox, :) Good luck to you here at mylot!
