It's actually much simpler. Members agree to lend money to Global for a term of one year. During the term of the loan, Global uses the money to finance a cyclical purchase and resale of product inventories at a profit. In exchange for the use of the money, Global agrees to pay members a specific, daily interest rate, and also to return the original loan principal at the end of the one-year term. It's a classic example of a win-win arrangement. Inventory is kept in our warehouses at various locations. Our primary shipping warehouses are located in Boise, Idaho and La Grande, Oregon. We also do fund raisers by holding live auctions in various cities, normally with a church or civic organization. In a nutshell, here's how Global can afford the exceptional rates we pay our lenders: Let's say Global buys something for $1.00 (like a DVD or VHS movie) and sells it for $3.00. The company earns a very good profit. If that same borrowed dollar is rolled over 5 or 6 times a month during the year - which is quite common in our business - Global would have earned the company a gross cash flow of over $200.00 for the year from the original dollar.
