African lion showing love to his rescuer. Can animals be thankful?

Oh....great clip.I loved watching it.First i was shocked on seeing a giant lion kissing and was really wondering about how they still remember the rescuer isn't it? thankyou for giving away that link .It was very touching really.....

yea i think so, rembmer the story about a guy pulling the thron off the lion? i couldnt never rembmer the name of it, anyone sometime i think lions or any other animals are better than human being, atleast they should affection or thanksful when you help them, not like alot of people.

animals are more loyal than people; an animal can be locked away and removed ... animals don't argue and reproach; animals are thankful when you take good care of them...

Yes, at least I think animals can remember those who have done good things to them and helped them. This big cat looked really affectionate. Fantastic video, must feel great to get a hug from such a big animal. I would love to get friends with a lion but it is a blessing that our pet cats are smaller and easier to hug.
