How to keep fit ??

Recently i found out tat i de fat a lot.. wahaha.. i wish to slim my body eventhough my mum always told me tat i de look slim.. but there still have some place i cant satisfied with it.. how to solve all this prob?? Any one know the effective and efficient way for me to slim my body??

based on your picture, you didn't seen chubby at all. But if you want to lose weight then you can try walking every day after dinner. Just wait half an hour for the food to digest and walk for one hour everyday. Do not try to jog when you first started to losing weight , it may seem a good way to lose weight but it is not advisable because it can easily hurt your ankle. Try to avoid fats food and eat less meat. The meat in take portion shouldn't be larger than your fist. I am not an expert in this matter but this is what I heard from my family doctor , Hope this help .

haha.. thanks for ur advise.. meat always is my favourite food i think its the time to avoid eat it
