Why do bean and cheese burritos taste so good?

During the days my husband and I were attending school, we needed fast and economic meals to get through the day. Oftentimes, I would make extras, and sell them to school patrons for a buck, just to keep the supply coming in. However, no matter how much I experimented with the burritos, the bean and cheese, easiest to prepare and the cheapest won out every time! So, what is it with bean and cheese anyways?

there's just something about those two things combined that make a heavenly treat. I make a vegeterian bean wrap that has three kinds of beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes, and we weren't supposed to put cheese on it, but I couldn't stop myself.
