I would like to write a php script but do not what program to write it on !!Anyone know on what program you write php script on ?

You can use notepad. Instead of saving it as a .txt file you save it as .php If for some reason it autosaves it with a .txt afterwards just rename it taking it out and leaving the .php
It's that simple. At least for what you write it on. The programing itself isn't that easy. I wish you luck in that part.
