ok another quick question ladies. can anyone help me create a daily schedule or weekly schedule for my children so we can get things a little more organized and I don't feel like I am running ragged all day? any ideas on the rewards and disciplines of not doing there chores would be very much appreciated.

How old are your children, how many children do you have, and what sorts of responsibilities do you want them to have? Mine are pretty young, but we already have a routine. When we wake up, there is some snuggling and changing of diapers while we all get our eyes open. Then, breakfast and bottles. We get dressed after breakfast and they have sime time to play with toys while I'm tidying the kitchen. After that we play together, read some books, and listen to music. When I go downstairs to feed the dog they get to play with the 'downstairs toys' for a while. This lets me get my chores done and keeps them interested, since they haven't seen that bunch of toys all morning! We usually go for a walk after that, so by the time we come back inside, it's time for a snack for them. I use that time to make phone calls, see if I need to thaw something for supper, etc. Our day goes on like that, and things run pretty smoothly. If you can tell more about the ages of your children and what you want them to accomplish, I'd be happy to help with more specific ideas!!

My kids are only 4 and 1 so I have limited advice. I take away TV time if he doesn't do his chores. He is in charge of putting his clothes in the hamper, setting the table and getting his backpack ready for school.
