How often and how much time do you exercise? what you like to do?

I try to exercise 3-4 times a week.. now i cycle to work most of the days.. and jog 3-4KM everytime i jog.. Swimming is something i like to do too..

I'm trying to lose some weight.. but now it's more for building up my metabolism rate and also training up for my marathon in Dec. My colleagues are all signing up for the gym and we're now all exercising together! =)

Hi, bettafish: For physical exercise, I have fun doing Turbo Jam,which is a video by Chalene Johnson. She combines kicking, punching, dancing, abdomen scultping, Tai Chi and stretching to really cool music. I do a twenty minute one or else the forty minute one every day or at least five days a week. I got it from a neat website called www.beachbody.com I also do stretching every morning for my low back and neck. Take care! Kay

i dont exercise at all.i used to do exercise regularly earlier.but somehow a gap came and i never started off again.

hi coolme kiran, exercise is one of those things that are important but may not seem urgent, i am trying to be on track in my excercise again, in the meantime, i take the stairs and climb up 8 flights of steps to my apartment. Sometimes when I need to think and problem solve, i take a long walk.

I try to do something every day, and make sure I do something quite intense every second day. I like to mix up outside things with inside things. Lately I've been doing a treck up a mountain near our home that has a tram that takes you down after you reach the top. It's an amazing workout.

I walk in the woods at least 30 minutes every day...either in the morning or at night...depends on when I drag my lazy bum out of bed..

I try to exercise 4 to 5 days a week. I like to got to the gym and use the stair stepper and the eliptical machine. I also like to lift light weights and in the summer I love to swim.
