The young, rich and famous (ergo .. britney, paris and friends) tend to show us that despite being adults - they continue to be brats. Why is this so? Has fame and money clouded their minds?

Yup. I think they have no regards for the consequences of their actions because they actually believe that their money and stature in life is enough to overcome any violations or shame that they do in their life.
