Finally sold house, I think

Well we finally did it, well I think we did, we are heading out to the midwest soon, but we are still waiting to hear back on the inspection which we can not do anything until we know that that has been agreed upon. Once that has been done then we know we are on the move. The hard part is over, well the hard part which is keeping the house immaculate when you have two small kids that like to mess it up constantly

closing is the greatest time when it goes smoothly. have the house clean for final inspection.

Inspection done it is a done deal, now we have 4 weeks to get out of dodge!! AUGH

Congratulations. I hope the inspection goes well. I know moving is stressfull. How far is the move? Keeping the house clean must have been stressful will the kids. I remember going through that when I sold my first house. Keep us posted.

I wish you good luck dont be to happy to quickly it can still all fall apart. Good times are ahead just keep up your spirits.
