My friend's wife is most vulnerable to cold. She frequently catches cold and therefore her nose always has a hard coat inside. She is tempted to remove it with his right hand index finger. My friend feels very much embarrassed when his wife puts her finger into her nostrils in the presence of other friends and guests. This has resulted in serious altercations many times. Any way out?
